Really sad experience yesterday!

My laptop computer died yesterday so I went in to my local Best Buy (Germantown, Memphis) to buy a new one. 

There were two other customers in addition to me in the computer dept.  A white guy looking at displays, a black lady with her child just standing there looking at nothing obvious, and me (a white lady).  There was no help being offered to anyone, so I walked up to a couple of sales people (who were black).  Neither one of the associates looked at me, but the older (appeared to be a supervisor) sales associate told the younger associate  to go help the lady with the child because she had been waiting.  OK, I am good with that.  She definitely was there before I was.  But then, the supervisor didn't even look me in the eye.  He turned around and walked away from me.  He went into an office next to the sales area, walked out a few minutes later and completely ignored me.  I am not being hyper sensitive, because there are a lot of people who are right now, and I recognize that.  It was just so blatent and in my face.  I literally just walked out the door.  There were two greeters at the door (both black) who were so kind and polite.  Isn't it a shame their professionalism was completely negated by some other staff member.  He could have said 'we will be right with you" and I would have waited.  I went to the local office supply store one shopping center over and purchased my new computer.  To the Best Buy staff member reading this...  go pull the video from yesterday afternoon around 2 to 2:30PM.  I was going to email to make this private, but there is no email address provided.
