Got a tv from westminster mall where associate jose messed up our transaction when we clearly asked him not to. Then the gm store manager mason ripped us off by charging us for the employees mistake and made us pay for our tv we already had on our wall and gave us a defective panel. To find out they are suppose to be shipping these back to a department for evaluation and he just tapes them and resells. Carefully and look close to your product. Very unhappy and disappointed in best buy and store location. Field manager Eddie said theres nothing he can do about it he doesnt have the power but did say this is very unacceptable. Need help to get fixed.
