Why is it when you go into a Best Buy location and you order an item it never comes when it states it will. I purchased an iPhone 11 256gb in Purple on October 11,2019. I was told it would be in the next week. Come to find out, it was back ordered when I ordered my item, but was never told it was on backorder. I have spoke with my stores in my location and they state they aren't getting any in there shipment. I've spoke with customer service multiple times and they each state a different date when my item will be in the store. I am so sick and tired of this company telling people different dates of when there item(s) will be in to pick up. Or I am told to just cancel my order and resubmitt my order which is completely stupid. So, 14 days later still have yet to have when my item will be in store and still being lied to about not knowing if there is any in the warehouse. I will NEVER do business with Best Buy again.
