This is really, really terrible. I've been calling Best Buy stores across the country and NO ONE answers the phone. Even worse you get this message that says "we are no longer answering the phones." Is this the end of Best Buy that they can't afford to have employees answering the phone anymore? Very frustrating. I do not want to talk to someone in a call center. I want to talk to an actual live human being IN my local store.
