This is really, really terrible. I've been calling Best Buy stores across the country and NO ONE answers the phone. Even worse you get this message that says "we are no longer answering the phones." Is this the end of Best Buy that they can't afford to have employees answering the phone anymore? Very frustrating. I do not want to talk to someone in a call center. I want to talk to an actual live human being IN my local store.

They have been making what appear to be a bunch of poor choices lately. Ether they hired executives from sears and radio shack and are making the same mistakes, or they are doing it on purpose to make themselves look more profitable so they can sell out to an investment group or somthing.
