It most certainly isn't a unique issue. Same thing just happened to me. Purchased a 75" Samsung only to find out that the TV inside was a 9 year old 65 Plasma tv. Went back to the store and was told that they couldn't help. So YOU as a company decide to accept a return from someone without checking that the correct TV was brought back and I'M the one that has to pay. This is an ongoing problem and I would recommend anyone buying a TV like this to have them open it at the store to make sure the TV is the correct one.
