Welcome to our forums. Discovering the item you’ve purchased was not what you were expecting could certainly be a frustrating experience, and I regret to hear that seems to be the case with your recent NVIDIA item.
Because we receive these new items directly from the manufacturer I’ll be unable to speak to how a completely different item would end up in the box of the NVIDIA product you were looking to purchase. While we’ll be unable to offer a return or exchange of the ASUS graphics card you have, I recommend continuing to work with NVIDIA to investigate this matter further.

Can you please send in a private message through the link in my signature with your name, email address, and phone number,a long with the customer service PIN from your receipt? Please also let me know which store you visited to try that return, and when it was.
I can't promise any specific result as we need the product on the receipt to do a return under our Return & Exchange Promise, but I can review it and wee what's possible.
