I have to agree, thought not for the same reason. I drove over from Patagonia, AZ, 90 miles away, to have a new printer serviced. The human people working with me were very nice. However, I may have left my wallet in the store cart. in the parking lot. I tried to call when I returned home and discovered the wallet was missing, and instead was put into a "national operator" call-recording system that prevented me from calling the store and instead kept instructing me to "drive back to the store." Another round trip would be over 100 miles, and be illegal if I was stopped, as my wallet contained my Driver License. This whole experience was so weird, and remains so, that I honestly am questioning doing business with Best Buy, even with all it offers. If it doesn't offer courtesy, it sucks.
