Just like the other guy I have been an elite and elite plus member for years by spending thousands of dollars at your store and you guys can't honor what is on total tech support. From my understanding with total tech support you can get free car alarm installations, unfortunately for me I paid for total tech support and you guys still charged me for my car alarm installation. The general manager at the Avondale, Arizona store I went to refused to refund me my money for the alarm installation and he didn't have the decency to talk to me, he was sending other employees to give me the bad news. I realized that no one at the store was willing to help so I left thinking that I could get this issue resolved by talking to someone else but I was wrong. I called the 1888 BEST-BUY number and I get transferred all over the place and nobody resolves my problem. If this is how you treat your customers then I will stop shopping at your store.
