I also had a bad experience with Best Buy at Winter Garden, FL. I ordered something online and went for Curbside pickup at the store. I waited for an hour and a half and no one came to me. Late night when I arrived home, I got a message from the store saying my product had already been picked up. The next day the store charged my credit card $318.44. I didn’t receive my product and lost $318.44.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! I know how excited I am for Black Friday deals, so we're honored that you decided to come to us for your purchase. Our goal is always to provide the best shopping experience we can, which is why it hurts to learn that your recent interactions were not a reflection of that. I wish your reason for discovering us was a happier one, but I'm glad you let us know for us to step in.

 

You mentioned that when you tried to pick-up your order via our Curbside Pickup option that you waited over an hour and a half for support that never came. That's a far cry from the level or service we meant to provide! When you placed your order, you should have received a confirmation email letting you know to wait for an email alerting you that your order was ready to pick-up before heading in, as well as including directions on how to notify the store of where you parked for them to deliver the order to your car. Did you follow those directions, and still no one came out with your order? Could you please elaborate on your time waiting for the order, so that I can share this feedback with store leadership?

 

I can imagine how stressful it would be to see an alert that your package was picked up when you never received your order. That would concern me as well! I'd be happy to take a deeper look into this to see how we can help.
