Re: Terrible customer service

I went to Best Buy today, looking to get my wife an Ipad for our anniversary.

I stood in front of the Ipads for a good " 30 minutes ".

No one even came over and say hey I'll be with you in a few minutes/nothing! 

This was the Best Buy in Turkey Creek in Knoxville, TN.  There were lots of employees that could 

have came over to help buy just stood there at kiosks and stuff. 

This ain't the first time this has happened to me at Best Buy!  

Even the other one off Parkside Drive in Knoxville did the exact same thing!
