Re: Staff manners and Store Exit/Receipt Policy

[ Edited ]

I purchased a phone at Skokie, IL store yesterday and a girl at counter was pretty rude and ignorant. I was in a hurry, I told her so, but she was chatting with other staff for every two minutes intentionally ignoring me and showing me that she’s unwilling to help. Her answers to my questions were not helpful at all. I completely felt ignored and even wanted to return the product (but didn’t want to go to another store to purchase it). But when I think about it now, I wish I returned it and complained about her at the store right away.

Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but I can found out re-visiting the store if my complaint is addressed properly and I receive feedback about it.

This was not my first time seeing rude staff at this Best Buy branch and I don’t want this happen to other customers too. So I hope I can be contacted back about this matter: My email is {removed per forum guidelines}
