I never thought I have to create a Best Buy profile just to resolve this issue.
I'm the person who has the billing information for this item.
I don't think it is the right thing for someone to pick up order without checking any ID.
My son was sicked yesterday and I did not go to any Best Buy locations.
How can assoicate picked up item? If I don't get item back or refund the order, I will have to file chargeback with the bank.

Although this issue may be resolved, nobody reading this thread would know.
Could you please explain why there are so many threads about the same issue? There should really be a stickied thread about curbside pickup procedure (how employees release orders to people, what kind of verification is used to prove it was delivered to the right person, that the customer isn't lying about stolen packages, etc.)
