I never thought I have to create a Best Buy profile just to resolve this issue.
I'm the person who has the billing information for this item.
I don't think it is the right thing for someone to pick up order without checking any ID.
My son was sicked yesterday and I did not go to any Best Buy locations.
How can assoicate picked up item? If I don't get item back or refund the order, I will have to file chargeback with the bank.
