Where can I send a private message to? I need to do the exact same thing because I didn't get my Sling code either. It says enter the code below and there are Dash lines but in between the two dashed lines, are just three dashes but no code.

Welcome to our community!  A Sling trial code can really help you explore the service prior to committing to it. I’m sorry to hear that your code isn’t on your receipt and you’re having some issues with locating the option to private message us. I'd be happy to see how we might be able to help. 

 

It’s possible we could’ve emailed the code to you directly. Have you checked your inbox for it? If you don’t see it you’re welcome to send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, and the customer service pin off your receipt by choosing the blue “Private Message” button in my signature. No. It was never emailed to me as I purchased my TV using my mothers BBR account. It’s seriously disappointing that y’all KNOW this is a known problem with people who have purchased TV’s yet you Still bother to ask a question like are you sure it wasn’t emailed to you? I am you know why else would I have posted a message. If I use my own account, why would that be one of the first places we, as customers, would look?
