I did return the item on 12/04/2019 in th store and I still haven't recieved ($ 32.09) the money back in my prepaid card I used for the purchase.
My understanding is that returns generally take a few days (1-3) to process at the Online Returns Center, and then a few more days (5-7) for the refund to make its way back to your card once it has been processed in Best Buy's systems. If your returned items just arrived yesterday, I'd expect you should see a refund within a week or so.

Have you reached out to that car's issuer to see if there is a pending refund? If not, please do so. The phone number should be on the back of the card.
If they tell you no refund is pending, please let us know. We can then dive in on our end.
