I received a warning today on exchanging an unopened item for a more expensive one. According to my status in rewards I have 30 days on any item except a few. If you are going to suddenly start denying support of customers returns and especially let Geek Squad returns count against you I will no longer be a customer. Amazon wouldn't do that to us. I guess you do pay severely for convenience. At this point we will be canceling accounts and not purchasing from you any longer.
