I was in the Humble Texas store yesterday 7/1/2019 with 2 phones and replacement Zagg screens which had been originally purchased at Best Best and installed at Best Buy for a fee and they first refused to install the screens. Upon speaking to a Mgr they agreed to re-install the screens but charged me the 7.99 again. Upon receiving the phones both screens were not properly aligned and I told the Mgr. but was told since it was replacement screens they would not do anything about it. Do not all the stores honor the installation guarantees?
