Our goal is always to provide the best customer experience we can, and that includes making the return as stress-free as possible if a product isn't quite the right fit. That's why it hurts me to hear that was not the case for you!
I know that waiting on a refund to hit your account is never ideal, so I can imagine how much more difficult it would be when your refund was denied due to the expiration date on the return not matching your card.
