Re: Refund issue

just returned a laptop March 23, 2021 that was shipped to me today due to I bought a higher-end one. the guy only scanned my receipt, I questioned why he's not wanting my debit card cause normally you have to enter your pin every other place does it. he handed me an approved receipt the funds will be returned for a big $1007.06. did a small transaction at a 7 eleven, I was declined. checked my email that their bogus refund to me for $1007.06 was declined due to fraud! best buy you will be seeing at 11:00 sharp tomorrow! I will not leave without my refund even if it takes a police report due to my bank is well over a 1000 miles away.

Re: Refund issue

Good morning, Rush2,

Thank you for taking the time to stop by our community forums and letting us know about this return. I know whenever I return something I hope to see these funds back in my account as quickly as possible and would be glad to provide some additional details on how this process works.

Generally, we do not require the original form of payment used as your refund will be automatically be processed. Once a refund has been processed it can take up to one full billing cycle to show on your statement, but typically will reflect in the account sooner.

If your bank declined this refund I would recommend contacting them directly for further assistance. With that said, I would be glad to make sure that this return was processed correctly. I will need a bit more information to do so. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:

Full name

Email address

Phone number

Customer service PIN (located at bottom of receipt)

You can send me a private message by clicking on the blue button at the bottom of this post. I'll keep an eye out for your message.
