Man this crap just happened to me today the lady didn’t even ask me for my card she just scanned the receipt 1 minute after the return I got a notification saying my transaction was declined by my bank due to wrong expiration date like what the bruh I called my bank they can’t help I called best Best Buy they can’t do nothing I went in the store she said she gotta write a ticket and see if they can issue me a gift card like bro did anyone get this fixed and how

I did the same today and nobody seems to be able to help I’m out of 700 dollars because of Best but

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! Although I wish you were reaching out under happier circumstances, I'm glad you took the time to share this with us. Our goal is always to provide the best customer experience we can, and that includes making the return as stress-free as possible if a product isn't quite the right fit. That's why it hurts me to hear that was not the case for you!

 

I know that waiting on a refund to hit your account is never ideal, so I can imagine how much more difficult it would be when your refund was denied due to the expiration date on the return not matching your card. I'm not sure how that occurred, but I'm happy to look into this further and try to help! I see that you sent us a Private Message with more details. I'll respond there shortly, so we can try to sort this out there.
