I was a walk- in, frankly I am not interested at this time of COVID to go through your procedures. I am not interested in your training of staff to tell a customer she is rude and therefore will not go any further . I would call it a lost opportunity of a big sale, especially with a mostly empty store. Home Depot,Menards or Lowe's will get my business
