Shopping at Best Buy Chicago on Sheffield period went in to look for apartment washer dryers front door asked if I needed help I said no just directed me to the back wall after looking at washer dryers I had some question that looks around and her were no people on the ceiling for a weighted a little bit then yes I did I went to the end of the aisle and I yell hello hello to get someone’s attention a gentleman came went over to washer dryers I had some question is he said he’s not washer dryers knowledgeable but we get the manager while no manager and yelled hello hello Roman came over said he was the manager and he told me I was rude because I had raise my voice and yell and I was looking for help and that I didn’t know that the store policy was for the customer to walk to the front door of the store and announce that they would need help no longer does Best Buy have it reminded me of a car salesman wait at the front door for customers to show up but I was told that I was rude and it would probably be better if I left the store because I had raise my voice and no they did not want to show me how to buy a washer dryer for my apartmentqSo rather than having Feldman, floating on the floor they all are stationed at the front door waiting for a customer to walk through and if the customer only wants to look at it will not come near you and say is there anything I can help you with

I was a walk- in, frankly I am not interested at this time of COVID to go through your procedures. I am not interested in your training of staff to tell a customer she is rude and therefore will not go any further . I would call it a lost opportunity of a big sale, especially with a mostly empty store. Home Depot,Menards or Lowe's will get my business
