Also trying to get this fixed as well Steve, I have two codes I still haven't recieved. They were supposed to email them to me but I still haven't recieved them. Phone support hasn't been great either, I'm suprised. Best Buy support has usually been efficient in the past.

I am surprised too.. Normally Best Buy is on top of this... It appears they have been quite helpful on these forums, which i why i chose this route to reach out to them.. just waiting on a response
