I just purchased an iPhone 8 and experienced this same problem. No Sim card. I've been trying to call the Charlotte Midtown store and the phone has rung for the past 10 minutes straight. Please help.

Getting a new phone is always such an exciting experience! I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t receive a SIM card with your new phone. In most cases SIM cards can be swapped over from devices with the exception of switching from a micro to a nano card. At this time have you been able to get in touch with someone from the Midtown store to arrange to have this corrected? If not please let me know and i'd be more than happy to address this further!
