Best Buy Store Purchase

Best Buy is refusing to so much as open a claim with my missing package too. They didn't even wait to see my evidence, or ask for a copy of my police report, they just refuse to do ANYTHING! They are the ones with a contract with the shipper so they are the only ones who can pursue a claim on my behalf and they are FLAT OUT REFUSING to do anything at all!

When these types of reports are received, Best Buy does have a process to conduct a formal internal investigation, which has been done. While I understand the outcome was not what you had hoped, as mentioned, I strongly encourage you to file a report with your local authorities. Best Buy will cooperate with their investigation. You didn't even talk to me or take my evidence or consider my side of things or open a claim with fedex - something I cannot do as I am not the one with an agreement/ contract with them to ship the item. As far as I'm concerned, you've done nothing except screw me over
