I had such a good experience in the Lacey, Washington Best Buy store number 1043 that I had to write a review! Amanda was so much help for two old dinosaurs! Having recently been discharged from the hospital due to AFIB, I wanted to upgrade from my Fitbit to a Galaxy Watch Active 2. She explained the differences between the various items, sold me what I needed, started the watch up, updated the app on my phone, married it to my phone and showed me how to send and received texts using the voice feature. Then she helped my old Fitbit get married to my roommates phone! Finally she found the one and only table top icemaker in the store, and in fact in all of Olympia! So thank you Amanda and Lacey Best Buy!
However, then I tried to go online and give feedback. Surprise! Unlike every other retail receipt, there was no info on my receipt on how to go online and give feedback. So I went online to Best Buy and could find no button for that. So I tried to sign into my Best Buy account. Nope. My passwords didn't work. So they sent me a code. Nope, that never came. So I called customer service and after trying several methods, the nice young man walked me through signing into this forum. So here i am. But even then, there was no clear "leave an employee review". There has to be a better way!
