I have been having the same issue- however a few weeks ago I spoke to an associate on the phone and she said all she needed to do was merge my and my husbands accounts and we would be able to see all of the purchases that were not coming up on the site.

Well weeks later and STILL none of my purchases are coming up.

Can you help me???
