Your associates at the Eden Prarie, MN store are not following the price match policy.
I tried to purchase an item today at the Eden Prairie Best Buy, which I asked to price match to Microcenter (a local bricks-and-mortar competitor).
As soon as the associate heard Microcenter, he just said, "We don't pricematch to Microcenter."
This didn't seem right, so I looked up the Best Buy price match policy which states, "At the time of sale, we price match all local retail competitors (including their online prices.)" Cannon (the associate) told me that their store doesn't follow the policy on the website; at that store, they do not pricematch to Microcenter.
I went to Microcenter and purchased the item... I would rather have purchased it from Best Buy, but I'll happily drive 10 extra minutes for the better price.
If it's Best Buy's policy to not pricematch to Microcenter, please put that on your website. If it's not Best Buy's policy, please train your associates at your Eden Prairie store.

I hate to hear about the experience you had at your local store when looking to price match an item, and I wish we could have assisted with this purchase.
That said, its sounds like we should have been able to price match to Micro Center, seeing as it is a local retail competitor and within 25 miles of your local Best Buy. I'd like the chance to follow up on this and provide any additional support that I can.
