I canceled the geek squad service contract and ask for a refund February 4th 2023 as of March 7 I have not received my refund even after calling several times even talk with supervisor with no results they keep apologizing but still no refund yet

Thanks for reaching out. I can understand not getting a refund for the service contract that you cancelled, wouldn't be ideal, especially after a month. I'd be happy to look into this with you.
