I had the same experience, today I purchased a MacBook case though for the wrong model. I want to go and turn it in though I have no receipt to prove that I purchased this Item in the first place. What should I do in this case...

Oh no!  We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases, and I too would be looking for assistance if I needed a receipt!  Thank you for registering to allow me the chance to find your MacBook case receipt so you can exchange it with the one you were originally wanting!

 

For me to have any chance at locating your receipt you'll need to share with me some more information.  To make sure the public doesn't view your personal info, be sure to click the blue button in my signature line labeled "Private Message".  Please contain your:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Best Buy store location
  • Total amount of purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Any other items purchased with MacBook case which can be found on the same receipt
  • Form of payment used; do NOT disclose any credit card numbers, only share Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Check, etc.
