Hi - I have been attempting to find the correct place to do a customer service survey to no avail. I will provide feedback on 2 Associates that helped us today in the Millbury, MA store here as I want to be sure they get the recognition they deserve.
Jake - his shift had ended and he was leaving. I asked him if he could direct me to how I get added to the queue for assistance. He went above and beyond by going to get the device to add me to the queue himself!! Thank you Jake!! This is an example of great customer service.
Connor - assisted us in answering all our questions about certain televisions. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my brother’s decision on which tv would fit his needs best easy. TV purchased!! Connor was helping out in this store and usually works in the Framingham, MA store. Please make sure they know of our pleasant experience with him. He was also mentoring a polite young man, Ryan.
Please let me know if you need any further info or if I need to submit this survey elsewhere.
