I have also had problems with the support staff. Used chat for help they said to call other #. did that they said wait time about 4 min. it took 30 min before someone came on the phone. they said they would swich me to an other line (sales) then i got cut off and had to start over. when i got thru again i tried to get more detailed info and they said they could not help
