Purchased a phone from Bestbuy and needed assistance in transfereing over data that could not be done by the app. Could not ask for a better customer experience than what I received. Karlie was very helpful and kind and made the process go quickly. Just wanted to give her a shout out. This was at the Annapolis MD store.
