Trying to make a complaint, but nobody seems to care. approx 14 months ago i spent a 1k on a computer, at 12 mo it started having problems. contacted the manufacturer (i have the reciept) cyberpower the manufacturer doesn't return calls or basically care about thier product or customer service. I've been to geek squad 2 times this week, geek squad member Josh was phenominal. Josh said he would be in the store saturday 5/1/2021 and would speak to someone in sales to make sure i get a new computer that fits my needs. I wnet asked for Josh and was told there are no Josh's in geek squad, funny how did you charge me for service was it fradulent then? should the U.S. attorney general be invoilved now? I wnet to buy and was rudely treated, and walked out buying nothing. i wanted to spend 1k but evidently you don't need customers to do this?

the employee told me when he would be there, so i arrived at the time i told that employee i would be there to purchase a new desktop. When i asked another geek squad employee for Josh the the employee who had helped me and was great. I was told there was no Josh in the geek sqaud or there in the store. Firstly Josh helped me out twice this week and charged my credit card, so obviously you have an employee in the geek squad named Josh. If you don't have an employee named josh as i was told you somehow fraudulently charged me for services. The second employee refused to help me, find the employee i was there to meet in order to buy a new desktop. This is extremly rude! Yes i want the store manager and corporate informed. I went to buy something and because i was rudely treated left.

I appreciate you clarifying that. It does sound a bit strange that there wasn't an employee by this name when you returned to the store.
