I am writing to express my gratitude, and well as recognize Shannelle C. of the Boca Raton (Store 554). Shannelle is always so patient when dealing with any matters. She always greets me, and all customers with a warm smile and eagerness to help. When other crew members have a problem, they always seem to turn to her. I am an elite member very loyal to Best Buy. And, Shanelle is a big reason why! I hope C level management sees this!

Again, I must recognize a staff member, I recently visited the NY Huntington Station store. We were overwhelmed with all the choices for the new iPhone 12...SARANG was so helpful and knowledgeable on the process of upgrading phones and all the carriers. Even though some of our questions may have been mundane, and repetitive he never lost his patience with us. It is team members like SARANG that make me a loyal elite member to Best Buy!
