The same thing has happened to me. We called corporate I think on the 30 and they said “they were taking care of it” but I haven’t seen any results.

I have the same issue. I was triple charged 310 dollars and I haven’t gotten it back. We called corporate on the 30th and they said “they are working on it”... how can someone be working on it when they can automatically release my funds

Noticing more than one than one charge on your card when you’re only expecting one is frustrating. Thank you for taking the time to share what you’re seeing with us, and for joining our community. Once of those charges you’re seeing on your end should just be an authorization. Have you discussed this matter with your financial institution? At their discretion they should be able remove any extra authorizations you’re seeing on your account. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
