So glad to see your post. I've had the same trouble with best buy at Chesapeake Square mall and the one in Greenbriar for the past 8 days. I live over a hr away and I'm disabled and can't drive. It's ridiculous that no one answers the phone. I've had to make 2 trips up there and would of been a third trip if I hadn't seen your post and was able to call the 888 237 8289 to get the issue solved.
I've spent thousands of dollars at best buy over the years but after this week experience I just might have to start buying off Amazon.

Thank you for the reply. I know things are busier this time of the year but I do hope someone will look into this issue because it's not transfering the calls to anyone at either of the stores I spoke about. Waiting over a hr at different times on the phone over a 8 day period is just not acceptable. I'm not going to say that I won't give Best Buy another chance but they have got to start doing better than this. It's a shame because it hasn't always been this way.
I was very shocked at the service I got at the Greenbriar store. After not being able to get anyone on the phone I got someone to take me to the Chesapeake Square mall Best Buy. The young man was very polite, answered all my questions, opened the box of speakers and hooked them up for me after I paid for them to be sure I was happy with them before driving so far back home. They were sold out of the higher price turn table but he told me the Greenbriar store had 2. I went ahead and bought the cheaper one just incase but left and road another 15mins to the Greenbriar store. Soon as I walked in a man asked could he help me. I told him exactly what item I was there to buy and even showed him the item on my phone and that I was told they had 2 in stock. His reply was... Well I suggest you to go to the va beach store they have more than we do to select from. I stood there thinking to myself it's no way I'm going another 30 miles to another store. I said well will you atleast show me the one I'm interested in... He couldn't find it but my wife walked right to it. There was another one right beside it that was even more expensive. I asked the salesperson could he tell me the difference because the 50.00 difference in price wasn't a issue. I'd rather pay extra if it can perform better. He just kept saying he didn't know, I finally asked if he could get someone that did know something about them to help me and he said... you need to come back another day when the manager is here. I was getting frustrated at this point and just decided to buy the one I went there to buy. Next I asked for a bluetooth transmitter to connect to my tv so I could use the speakers I just purchased with the TV as well as the Turn table. Ofcourse he said he didn't know anything about them either and said he didn't think best buy sold anything like that. I chuckled and walked off because I knew Best Buy did. My wife asked another person and they said they did and he would locate it. After about 15mins he returned with a bluetooth device and we bought it just to get home and notice it wasn't the correct item so had to turn around couple days later to the Chesapeake store to return it and saw the same salesperson as before. Very polite and nice young guy. Took him about 60 seconds to hand us the correct item.
Everything is working great now and wife loves. Maybe that salesperson that didn't know anything was new but he should of atleast found someone that could help if he didn't know.

You're absolutely right about that. I'm disappointed to read about the service you received. We should have taken the time to find the answers if we didn't already know them.
