Finding a new TV damaged isn't at all the experience we want for our customers, as we know it puts quite a damper on a thrilling purchase.
Under our Return & Exchange Promise, damaged items are typically excluded, and thus we're unable to accept them. For TVs 51-inches or larger, we typically offer free delivery which can help prevent such experiences, though I'm unsure what size TV you purchased.
