Yesterday i went out with my parents and they had given me money for a giftcard, and I had wanted to get some Apex Coins in apex legends, I had asked were the xbox cards were so i could get something from Apex legends, they had only had $15 card or higher. I had asked if they had apex gift card, in which one of the employees had showed me one, they had showed me a $20 card and i had gotten it, but beforew i had asked if it will work with xbox, the response was yes it will, and i had bought it in thew hopes of getting apex coin, but when i get home it doesnt at all, I would have not boughtin it if he didnt say he was sure it would have. because of that I had a waste of $20 and i feel like i am entitled to a refund
