I am also having this issue!
Bought a new phone in store. Price in-store was as advertised on-line, a nearly 50% saving on sticker price with the 24 month installment plan. But the contract I received from Sprint just has the sticker price and normal installment rate with no bill credit as advertised on the sale.
The store salesperson assured me it would be honored, but I'm still worried. Can anyone here chime in? Will the contract be updated before my first billing cycle?

For immediate assistance, please return/call the store to speak with the mobile manager or supervisor to see if they can give you the peace of mind you're looking for. If you're looking for the help of a moderator then your patience is all that can be asked until one get the chance to stop by and take a closer look.
