Hi, I am going through the same issue right now. They delivered my tv and a few hours later when I took it out of the box the screen was cracked and spidered all over. They told me that I didn't have the second geek squad warrantee, I purchased the first one for 100 bucks , but they never mentioned a second one for 250 bucks, which is crazy if you ask me. 350 bucks plus 800 for the cost of the tv. So the geek squad manager said if you come to the store and spend 250 bucks on the second warranty we will replace the cracked screen we delivered you...Not happy...but good luck with your issue. Your gonna need it sorry to say.....As I have learned my lesson with best buy!
