Best buy, Just screwed me too. I brought an open box display model TV 9/26/2022, Saw it, Felt It and Paid for it. Had 4 delivery dates and each was postponed. Finally Best Buy told me, just because you paid for it, doesn't mean its yours. It was probably sold again or stolen by employees or lost. Here's your money back. I don't want my money back, I want The TV i brought. or a replacement. Best Buy is run by thieves and liars. I will try my best to sue them if I get a chance. I've been a Loyal Customer with Best Buy over 20 yrs and this is how I got treated. Besides that I purchase $6500 in appliances In July 2022, didn't get till 3 months later even though I was told the following week. I'm upset and mad!
