Hi! I am also having trouble with my refund. I got the receipt of refund. But the gift card i used is still at 5$ balance. The remaining balance was not returned. Per the receipt i think they used a different gift card. Order number:{removed per forum guidelines}. Refund{removed per forum guidelines}.
