I am also experiencing this issue, I am due a refund to a gift card from a canceled order. Three different representatives have now told me three different time frames. The first said wait 24 hours. The second said wait 7-10 days. The third is currently telling me 15 days. The website says 30 minutes. No one wants to help me and this is almost $400 we're talking about.
