Best Buy Store Purchase

Same thing happened to me. I bought two phones at Best Buy store activating on tmobile with the trading off iPhone 8 and 11. As per promotion displayed in Best Buy website for iPhone 8 $400 and for iPhone 11 $800 are trade in values. I purchased new phones on December 22, 2022 after the purchase, when I went to tmobile store to handover the old devices they told trade in is not tagged with the purchase and asked to check with the Best Buy store and re-process the purchase by adding the trade-in. When I went to Best Buy, they told me they can’t do it. They can’t take the phones back and it’s a problem of the mobile not the Best Buy. so now I’m stuck and as for Best Buy my eligibility to return the phones is expired.
