After receiving extremely poor service and multiple calls to  the 888 customer service number. I had reached my end with Best Buy and needed to speak with  someone face to face . On 3/16/2022 I went to my local store (Chesterfield Va.) asking to speak with a manager about the two damaged appliances that had been delivered to me on 2/28/2022 ( ordered on 1/20/2022) and other issues sounding this order . I was greeted by David (store management team) whom I can not say enough great things about . David took the time to listen and not  repeat  some script on how to deal with upset customers.David researched my issue and was willing  to help  resolve the issue that day. Something the customer service number associate seemed not to know how to do.David referred me to another associated (Austin) to help resolve the issue and also assured he would be back in touch before I left the store . After working with Austin no fault of his  it was evident that I may not get my issue resolved at this time and I may have to still wait another two months to receive a replacement refrigerator  for the damaged one that was delivered on 2/28/2022. I was then able to meet back with David to discuss options I may have . David gave superior customer service and was willing to help resolve my issues. I may still need to wait another 2 months for another refrigerator  but the service I received in the store is making it a little easier with the wait. Only thing I was asking was to receive customer service and this is extractly what I received with David. Great Job !!!!
