Please Help me,
I am having the same problem. I purchased this screen protector in the store in Altanta GA (Buckhead) and was told if any problem just bring it to a Best Buy store and they will handle replacement and I would not have to mail it anywhere.
I was so exceited about this since I travel and get my mail once a month. Today I go to the Best Buy in Santa Fe NM
and they say that this is not true and I will have to send to the manaufacture. I see I am not the only one with this problem can you please help me.
