Racist Best Buy Employee Montebello Ca

Today I went to Best Buy at Montebello California  wanting to buy a Hard Drive. First we waited in line outiside to get inside than I was told a sale rep to put me in line in their system cause my hard drive was not on the shelf and Window worker will help text when is my turn. I waited 30 minutes pass and finally received a text saying I am next go to Window. When I went to Window look like all the rep was busy and there was another 2 lines. So I get in line waited again became first and other line is also an asian lady is first. We both are asian and finally more people received their text came after waited behind us. Window worker has 3 peoples working and middle person is a lady and other 2 was guys beside her. Both 2 guys were busy helping customers but once the sale rep lady was done she totally ignore us eventhough we were first next in line. So she went and tell one of the guy sale rep to help the customer behind me or was not in line. That was first time than second time another guy came behind me and this lady was done refused to ask me anything and ignore told the guy behind me go she will help him first. At this point I knew she was racist refused to help or why she skipping the lines they have in front of us. I have to wait another 30 mins until one of the other guy was done from what he was doing to help me. This lady is seem to have something against us and doing it on purpose i was already boiling up. There is no complaint email for Best Buy so I have to complaint here. Horrible Experience at Best Buy Montebello California Window lady worker today.

Sounds like it was a chaotic system, and they probably got mixed up, especially since your turn came and went and then you went into the line again. Someone might have marked you as being helped or something. A similar thing happened to me few months back. I drove to BB when they had curbside pick up only, and parked to wait for the rep to come help me. Another car pulled in after me and parked, and a guy came out and went straight to them. When he was walking back I called him and said something like "sorry but I was here before them...", and he apologized and said he thought someone was already helping me, he quickly called another person to help me out and it was fine after that. I guess I didn't think it was race related because we happened to be the same race, or I just don't assume everyone around me is racist.

I am in a different position line from inside Window so they see who is there in line and know who first or not. I am standing in front of them 3 feet away that lady refused to talk to us only us and skip me 2 time on purpose. It took me 1 1/2 hour to buy 1 item. The hard drive end up behind them the whole time. They put people in line and pick who they want take care of so what is the point of line?
