I bought a VIVOSMART HR+ at Best Buy Dadeland Station (8450 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33143) on december 30th, 2016 and it doesn´t work now. I need a receipt in order to provide a fix. I paid in cash the total purchase value was around 200 dolars. The serial number is {removed per forum guidelines} and was the only product I took then. My full name is ATILA {removed per forum guidelines}
