Purchasing TV

I wanted to express my frustrations. I purchased a 75 inch QLED Q90R tv over 3 weeks ago now. And to this day iam still waiting for the correct mount to arrive in store?? I was told by an employee that there are none available to purchase in Canada? I did some digging and was able to order it through visions electronics. I would also like to mention it’s available through electronics for less as well. You would think after spending over 8000 they would go the extra mile to have the mount designed for the tv in stock so you can purchase them Both as is the Intention. So I’m at home with no tv now for 3 weeks awaiting a Samsung rep to supply bestbuy with the new mount needed to install my tv?!?! Even though this is all paid for and covered under geek squads protection I went on my own and purchased the 300$ mount so I can have it and they can proceed with the install?!?! Is this to much to ask for really?? I have to go out of my way to procure and purchase a mount I was assured could not be purchased within Canada? I full heartedly expect a full refund for the additional mount purchased and I expect some reimbursement for my troubles otherwise I will be taking this up to the BBB and corporate if needed!!!

I dont think they can do much with your order number on these forums. This is the best buy USA site and best buy Canada is a different company. You may want to call the best buy Canada support number.
